Straightanswers.
The twelve questions we get before every build, answered without the sales voice. If yours is not here, the WhatsApp line is faster than a form.
Everything people ask before they start
If your question is not here, ask it on WhatsApp. We answer in plain words, and we say no when the answer is no.
Speed and scheduling
Is it really three working days?
Yes. The clock starts on the Friday we have your content and your deposit, and the site is live on the Monday. The three days are ours to work in, not three days of meetings. What moves the date is content arriving late, not build time.
What do you need from me before the clock starts?
Your logo in a usable format, the text or the facts we need to write it, any photographs you want used, your contact details and your domain login. If you do not have written copy, we write it from a short brief - that is the normal case, not the exception.
What happens if my content is not ready?
The clock does not start. We hold the slot and start on the next Friday. Nothing is lost and nothing is charged twice.
Ownership and scope
Do I own the website?
Yes. The domain, the hosting account and the files are yours, in your name. There is no lock-in and nothing is held hostage if you later move to someone else.
Is a company profile the same as a website?
No. A company profile is a designed document you send, attach to a tender or print. A website is where people find you. Every website package includes a matching profile because most businesses need both and lose deals when the two do not agree.
Which countries do you work in?
South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe and Zambia. Each has its own WhatsApp line. Work is quoted in Pula and converted for you at the rates shown on the packages page.
Running it afterwards
Can you host the site?
Yes, or we can deploy to a host you already pay for. We will tell you plainly which is cheaper for your situation rather than defaulting to the one that suits us.
What is included in the 60 days of support?
Text changes, image swaps, fixing anything that breaks, and answering questions about running the site. New pages and new features are quoted separately.
Do you do e-commerce?
Shops, logins, bookings and anything database-driven sit in Custom, not in the three brochure packages. Those need scoping first because the price depends on what the system has to do.
Money and results
Will the site rank on Google?
The build ships search-ready: clean markup, unique titles and descriptions, a sitemap, schema and fast pages. Ranking after that is a function of content and time, and anyone promising you position one in three days is selling something else.
How do I pay, and when?
A deposit holds the slot and starts the clock. The balance is due at launch. We invoice from Botswana and can bill in Pula or Rand.
What if I do not like it?
You see the build on day two, not at the end. Day three exists so that what you flag on day two gets fixed before anything goes live.
Turnaround by deliverable
| Deliverable | Working days | Starts when |
|---|---|---|
| Launch website (5 pages) | 3 | Content and deposit received |
| Corporate website (up to 8 pages) | 3 | Content and deposit received |
| Platform website (10+ pages) | 3 | Content and deposit received |
| Standalone company profile | 3 | Facts and deposit received |
| Custom build | Set with the scope | Scope signed off |
Still deciding?
Ask us the awkward question. We would rather answer it now than at launch.
