What we collect when you send us a brief, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how to have it removed.
This policy is structured to the Botswana Data Protection Act and covers visitors in South Africa, Zimbabwe and Zambia. It is a working document, not legal advice - have it reviewed before you rely on it.

1. Who we are
in3Days is a website and company profile studio operating from Plot 9256, Mogoditshane Block 9, Kweneng, Botswana, part of Cabanga Platforms. We are the data controller for information collected through this website. Data questions go to hello@in3days.co.bw.
2. What we collect
Information you send us through the enquiry form or by WhatsApp, email or telephone: your name, email address, telephone number, the country you operate in, the package you are interested in, and whatever you tell us about your business. We also collect standard technical information through analytics: pages visited, approximate location by country, device type and referring source.
3. Why we collect it and on what basis
To quote your build, deliver work you have commissioned, and answer questions you have asked us. The legal basis is your consent when you submit the form, and the performance of a contract once you engage us. Analytics is processed on the basis of legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used.
4. Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Where analytics is enabled, it is used to count visits and measure which pages lead to enquiries. 5. Who we share it with
Nobody, except service providers who process data on our behalf so we can run the business - hosting, email and analytics. 6. Where your data is held
On servers operated by our hosting and email providers, which may be outside Botswana. Where data leaves the country, it goes to providers who apply protections at least equivalent to those required by the Botswana Data Protection Act.
7. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become work are deleted after twenty-four months. Records relating to work we delivered are kept for as long as required for tax and legal purposes, and then deleted.
8. Your rights
You may ask to see what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we use it, or ask for a copy in a portable format. Send the request to the address above and we will respond within thirty days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the supervisory authority in your country - in Botswana, the Information and Data Protection Commission.
9. Children
This site is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen.
10. Changes
When this policy changes, the date below changes with it, and material changes are noted at the top of this page for thirty days.
