Who we are
in3Days is a trading name of Cabanga Africa (Pty) Ltd, Plot 9256, Mogoditshane Block 9, Kweneng, Botswana. Questions about this policy go to hello@in3days.co.bw.
What we collect
Only what you send us. The brief form collects your name, email address, WhatsApp number, the country you operate in, the package you are interested in and the description of your business. Nothing else is collected, and there is no advertising tracking on this site.
Why we hold it
To reply to your enquiry, to quote your build and to carry out the work if you instruct us. We do not sell it, rent it or pass it to anyone for marketing.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through Web3Forms, which passes the message on and does not retain it for its own purposes. Exchange rates shown on the pricing pages are fetched from a public rates service, which receives no information about you.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become work are deleted within twelve months. Records of completed work are kept for as long as Botswana tax and company law requires.
Your rights
Ask us what we hold on you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to hello@in3days.co.bw and we will act within one working week.
This site
The site installs as an app on your device if you choose to install it. That stores the pages on your own phone or computer so it works offline, and sends nothing back to us.
