Terms of business.

What we do

We build websites, run digital marketing programmes and deliver applied AI training. What is included in each package is set out on the packages, profiles, marketing and apps pages, and the scope confirmed with you in writing is what governs the work.

The three-day clock

The clock starts on the Friday we hold both your deposit and your content. The site is live on the Monday. If content arrives late the clock does not start, the slot moves to the next Friday, and nothing is charged twice.

Payment

A deposit holds the slot and starts the clock. The balance is due at launch. Prices are set in Pula. Where another currency is shown it is converted at the published rate and the Pula figure governs. Digital marketing is billed monthly in advance on the first working day of the month. All payments are final and we do not do refunds, as set out below.

Refunds

We do not do refunds. The deposit reserves a build slot and pays for work that begins the moment it clears, so it is not returnable once the clock has started. The balance paid at launch is for a site that is live and in your hands, and it is not returnable either. If you stop a build part way, the work already done stays paid for and we hand over what exists at that point. Monthly marketing is paid in advance and is not refunded for a month already under way, though you may end the arrangement before the next month begins. This is the whole of our position on the matter and it applies to every package and every retainer.

What you own

On final payment the domain, the hosting account and the site files are yours, in your name. There is no lock-in and nothing is held back if you later move to another supplier.

What you supply

You confirm that the logos, photographs, text and other material you send us are yours to use. We write from the facts you give us and we do not invent facts to fill a page.

Support

Sixty days of support start the day the site goes live and cover text changes, image swaps and fixing anything that breaks. New pages and new features are quoted separately.

What sits outside the packages

Shops, logins, bookings, member areas and anything database-driven are Custom work. They are scoped and quoted before anything starts and they do not run on a three-day clock.

Stopping

Monthly marketing retainers can be stopped at the end of any month with no penalty and nothing renews silently. Build work already delivered is payable.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Botswana.
