Ten percentOf every invoice paid by a client you closed. Not of the quote, not of the deposit - of what lands in the account. Paid monthly against the payout schedule.

Commission onlyThere is no retainer and no basic. That cuts both ways: nobody takes anything off you either, and there is no cap on what you can write in a month.

Two clients a monthThe working minimum. Three-month initial term with a review every thirty days, so both sides know early whether it is working.

You are selling something that lands in three days.

Most of what makes selling a website hard is the waiting. Six weeks between the signature and anything the client can see, and a month of that spent explaining the silence. Here the build starts on Monday and the site is live on Wednesday, so the thing you promised in the meeting has arrived before the client has had time to doubt it. That shortens the sale and it kills most of the follow-up.
